Using the Service constitutes full acceptance of these terms, the Privacy policy and the Subscription & refunds policy. We may update these terms; changes will be published on this page with their effective date and will apply from the date of publication.

Natalis is an astrology and self-discovery platform that offers, among other things, birth chart, ascendant, moon sign, numerology, ancient signs, compatibility (synastry), daily forecasts and monthly newsletters. Content is generated from the data you provide (date, time and place of birth, name and similar details).

The Service is provided for entertainment and self-discovery purposes. Astrology, numerology and forecasts do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal or any other professional advice, nor a substitute for such advice.

Forecasts and interpretations are not statements of fact or guarantees of future results. Any decision you make based on the content is your sole responsibility. If you need medical, psychological or other professional support, please consult a qualified professional.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• Access to your account is provided via a magic link sent to your email address (no password required). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email and all activity on your account.
• You will provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Full access is provided through a subscription with a trial period: €0.50 for a 3-day trial which, upon expiry, automatically renews at €29.95 per month until you cancel. Prices include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Full terms are set out in the Subscription & refunds policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click from your account settings, with no phone calls or emails required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period, during which you retain access.

As a consumer in the European Union you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by starting the trial and immediately accessing digital content, you expressly request its immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal with respect to the digital content already delivered, in accordance with consumer regulations. This does not affect the refunds provided for in our policy.

All content on the Service (texts, designs, software, trademarks and graphic elements) is owned by ATENCION AL CLIENTE 24 HORAS S.L. or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You are granted a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to use the Service for private, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorised purposes.
• Access the Service in an automated manner (bots, scraping) or extract data in bulk.
• Copy, resell or create derivative or competing products from the Service.
• Reverse-engineer the Service, introduce malware or compromise its security.
• Impersonate others or share access to your account.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or from decisions made based on its content. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you under mandatory consumer protection law.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service in whole or in part. We will endeavour to give reasonable prior notice of material changes.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you retain the mandatory protections of your country of residence within the EU. You may use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
