Subscription & refunds

Here we explain clearly how the Natalis subscription works: what you pay, when, how to cancel and in which cases refunds are available.

1.Service structure

  • Trial: €0.50 (one-time payment) giving you full access for 3 days.
  • Subscription: once the trial ends, it automatically renews at €29.95 per month. The first monthly charge is made at the end of the 3-day trial.

2.Automatic renewal

The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. We remind you of the amount at the time of sign-up, and you can always check the status of your plan in your account.

3.How to cancel

You may cancel at any time with a single click from My account → Subscription, with no phone calls or emails needed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period: you retain access until then and no further charges are made.

4.Refunds

Because this is digital content with immediate access, by starting the trial you accept its immediate performance (see Terms and conditions). Nonetheless, we offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Erroneous charge or duplicate billing.
  • Service inaccessible continuously for more than 72 hours due to a cause attributable to us.
  • Where required by applicable consumer regulations.

We also consider any reasonable request on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue, write to us and we will find a fair solution.

5.Non-refundable cases

In general, refunds are not available for:

  • Unused subscription time following a cancellation.
  • Forgetting to cancel before a renewal.
  • Changing your mind or no longer needing the Service.
  • Disagreement with the content or interpretations (remember the Service is for entertainment purposes).

6.How to request a refund

Write to us at support@natalis.io with the subject line "Refund request", stating the email you registered with, the date and amount of the charge and the reason. We will confirm receipt and resolve your request within a reasonable time; if approved, the refund will be returned to the same payment method.

7.Taxes and currency

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. If you pay in another currency, your bank may apply fees or exchange rates beyond our control.

8.Failed payments

If a charge is declined, we may retry it for a few days. If we are unable to complete it, access to the subscription may be suspended until payment is regularised.

9.Price changes

We may change the subscription price. We will give you reasonable advance notice and changes will only apply to billing periods after the notification.
